Delivery Time

To ensure that your child gets Santa’s greetings on time, we recommend placing and receiving your order in advance and then putting the envelope into your mail box on Christmas eve.

Normally, we ship orders as soon as they are ready, but we also offer a delayed delivery option. We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered during the period you have selected. We cannot guarantee this, however, since orders are delivered by a third party (postal service).

	A download link will be sent to your e-mail address within two hours after the order is placed.
	The DVD with your child’s/children’s photo will be delivered together with the letter.
	The letter will be delivered to your mail box.
